Because every animal is unique, so is its finished weight.  To ensure you get exactly what you pay for, we sell all of our beef & pork by the pound, so we offer deposits them.  The final balance will be provided once your order is ready, and can be paid at the time of pickup. 

 

This ensures that you do not pay for estimates, but for the actual prepared weight of each product.
