Our whole hog breakfast sausage comes with a mild breakfast blend seasoning and tastes amazing!    Our sausage does not contain any nitrites or preservatives, just the way it was meant to be.
 
Our pigs are pasture raised in Huntertown, and never confined indoors once they
are weaned from their mother.  They are rotated through pastures on our farm to
contribute to the regeneration of our soil. 
 
All of our pigs are fed an organic, soy free AND corn free feed, along with
being given organically raised fruits and vegetables &  eggs, and our own grass-fed,
raw milk.  
 
They lead a very low-stress life, foraging through grasses and fields or relaxing in
their watering hole.
