Our beef organs, suet, bones, and misc. cuts come from our cattle that lived their entire life on our regenerative pastures.  They are never supplemented with any grains or by-products of any kind, never given any vaccines, hormones or antibiotics. 
 
They are rotated daily during the summer on regeneratively managed pasture and kept out on pasture with hay during the winter.  We have created the healthiest, most nutrient dense beef available.
