It is time to return to the way our grandparents cooked food and become more familiar and comfortable with using beef tallow to cook are food, as the health benefits are quite lengthy!!

 

Beef tallow not only adds rich flavor, but is high in vitamins A, D, E, K, B1, and choline. Beef tallow contains conjugated linoleum acid, a natural anti-inflammatory, and butyric acid, which reduces inflammation and supports a healthy microbiome. When you cook with beef tallow, you’re not only avoiding the highly damaging and inflammatory seed oils, but you are using nutrient packed fats to fuel and heal your body.

 

Our beef suet comes from our cattle that are born and raised on fields in northern Indiana, which are regeneratively managed to create the most nutrient dense beef available. Our cattle are never vaccinated, given antibiotics or growth hormones. They are not fed any grain products, supplemental feed, or filler products of any kind.

 

Beef tallow is shelf stable and can be stored on the counter in a cool, dark place, or in the refrigerator if you prefer. Make sure to avoid getting water in the tallow to avoid mold. Use liberally for all of your cooking, just allow to come to room temperature for easiest use.
